1, Silica Paint Matting Agent popular used for UV Coatings. UV-cured lacquers and thermosetting powder coatings undergo minimal or no shrinkage during film formation.
2, Paint Matting Agent good matting results have been obtained in UV-curing coatings using silica gel matting agents and careful formulation. Clear advantages were seen for surface-treated silica gel products of relatively low particle size.
Feature
1, Lower Viscosity. It has low oil absorption, good dispersibility, excellent matting efficiency.
2, Highest matting efficiency: High pore volume reaches to 1.8-2.0 ml/g, and fine control of the particle size and particle size distribution.
3, Surface smoothness. These silicas have minimal effect on the physical properties, allowing development of smooth films with excellent hand-feel, scratch resistance and stain resistance.
